Coordination complaint management between the customer site and the production location 协调客户端和生产线投诉的管理 3. Initiate, implement and monitor immediate corrective actions发起,实施和监控即时纠正措施 4. Reports the problems and quality related situations to the Quality Manager/Supervisor and/or Top Management 向质量经理/主管和/或者高层汇报问题和质量相关状况。5. Initiate, implement and monitor corrective actions;发起、实施和监控纠正措施; 6. Works together with the Fault Elimination Team ;与缺陷消除小组协作; 7. Follows the full filling of the improvement action deadlines ;在限期内跟进改善措施; 8. Performs regular visits at the customer site for discussing Quality topics. 定期拜访客户讨论质量相关问题。
